WellMP Management Groups
Denise and I are bringing together owners of high quality, management-focused practices to meet semi-annually
to share management successes and challenges as well as pertinent operating information such as fees,
compensation, expenses, inventory management, practice value, etc. Our goals are to:
- Bring together the owners of premier, high quality practices who place a high value on commitment,
accountability, trust, and respect, (with a healthy dose of good humor!); are growth oriented; and
desire financial, professional, and personal success.
- Provide a means for efficient implementation of new ideas and recommendations. We know it
is challenging for owners who participate in Management Groups to effectively transfer the strategies,
philosophies, and specific changes discussed during their meetings back to their practices. Therefore,
we've set a specific goal for making this happen in an efficient, effective, and well-received manner.
Everyone in your practice will benefit from your participation.
- Conduct regular management courses for your management team. Many practice managers are destined
to fail from lack of training, guidance, and focus. Our goal is to reverse this trend and ensure that
your management team ultimately makes your practice stronger and more successful than you could ever
accomplish alone.
- To share some of the benefits you receive from your involvement with those who are not yet in a
position to participate in collaborative management discussions.
- Reach a balance in work life and personal life.
