MAKING IT HAPPEN
We've helped hundreds of practices become well-managed. Our management services range from full-scale
analysis, recommendations, and implementation to solving specific problems. These services are provided
through what we call our On-Site Services, Distance Services, and Project Services. Our Practice Valuation,
Sale/Purchase, and Transition Services are covered later.
On-Site Services begin with a complete diagnostic analysis of your practice including revenue, expenses,
staffing, client and patient base, facilities, equipment, technology, and strategic planning. Next,
we visit your practice, discuss the diagnostic results, present our recommendations, and then, with your input,
develop a detailed plan of action for the coming year. We meet with all doctors and staff and make sure everyone
is on board with the changes that are coming.
Distance Services are financially focused - fees, expenses, inventory, and compensation - the cash flow in and
out of your practice. These areas do not require on-site attention (although a personal visit is always preferable).
We complete a diagnostic analysis, discuss the results, and with your input develop a plan of action for the coming year.
Project Services are more limited in scope and focus on a specific problem or concerns identified by you. We develop
a solution or a course of action and always consider options.
